• Filter Replacement Instructions

1. Rotate your existing faucet to the left to remove it, then clean the interior with a paper towel.
2. Attach the white and black filters to the main unit, submerging them in water one by one.
3. Place the mesh filter on top and insert it into the faucet hole while pressing down gently.
4. Twist it by hand to secure it in place.

1. Will the LED light shine in my eyes? The light is designed not to emit outside the filter, ensuring safe usage.
   
2. How do I know when to replace the filter? When the filter becomes contaminated, water flow decreases, and the LED light weakens, indicating it's time for replacement.
   
3. What is the replacement cycle for refill filters? One filter lasts approximately four months, and a box of three (3) filters can be used for a total of one year.
   
4. Can it be installed on all basin tap? Our product is made to international standards (2.3-2.4cm tap size). However, it may not fit on taps of different sizes or those with non-detachable, integrated designs. Please check your basin's tap size before ordering.
